Privacy Policy
This policy covers ConfigCSA Remapper, its drivers and runtime, the CSASoftware web interface, and the related account and services on configcsa.com.
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Ilan Tressols, the operator of ConfigCSA. For questions or requests about your personal data, use the email address below.
configcsaofficiel@gmail.com2. Data processed
Account and access: email address, username, sign-in and security information, account or device identifiers, Premium/Lifetime entitlements and purchase references needed for the service.
Configurations: profiles, mappings, settings, macros and content you save, import or choose to share.
Operation and support: IP address, browser information, technical fingerprint, web-interface presence, software version, driver and device status, command results, errors, performance measurements and information displayed through debug or the terminal.
Remapping processes keyboard, mouse and controller inputs on your PC. Configurations and technical information are also sent to the servers to apply profiles, confirm actions and provide support. Messages produced by your macros may appear in the terminal: do not include passwords or sensitive information.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use this data to provide account access and remapping, check entitlements, save and apply configurations, display operational status, respond to support requests and protect the service against fraud and abuse.
Processing necessary to deliver the service is based on performance of the contract; security and abuse prevention on our legitimate interests; and legally required retention on a legal obligation. Where consent is required for an optional use, you may withdraw it.
Without information necessary for authentication, licensing or a requested action, some features cannot work. Public content and debug messages you add are optional.
4. Access and third-party services
ConfigCSA web and security servers process the information needed to deliver the service. Authorized administrators can view account details, configurations and technical status through the integrated remote-support interface and send its supported commands, including checking the PC and applying or unloading a configuration.
Necessary technical providers, such as hosting, email or payment providers, and authorities where required by law may receive information needed for their role. Content you publish or share may be visible to its recipients or to the public.
Third-party services you use, such as Stripe for payments or Discord for support, also apply their own policies. Some email, payment or support providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for the providers, locations and safeguards relevant to your situation; their information is linked below.
5. Retention and security
Account data and profiles remain stored to provide the service while you keep them, until deletion or a completed erasure request. Licensing, purchase or security records may be retained where still needed to manage entitlements, meet a legal obligation or establish or defend a legal claim.
Retention of technical status, logs and support messages depends on their usefulness for an incident, security or evidence of an operation. Some status records are replaced by newer ones; closing the interface or runtime does not erase information already stored. Backups follow their own replacement cycle. You can ask for details about your data.
We use measures including HTTPS and access controls. Server-stored configurations should not be considered secret from authorized staff. No system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You can edit profiles, delete configurations in the interface, close debug mode and unload the active configuration. Session cookies and browser storage support sign-in, preferences and interface continuity; clearing them may require signing in again.
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Contact us using the email address associated with your account; proportionate identity verification may be needed. Do not send your password.
You may also complain to the French CNIL or your local data-protection authority. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
